Download Hudl Mercury and add a video. You’ll use a program called Hudl Mercury to get video online to Hudl. Once it’s downloaded, connect your camera or drag and drop video files from your computer. Hudl Mercury will walk you through the rest of the steps to upload your game or practice.

Record and Upload to an Existing Schedule Entry
- Click here to download the Hudl app.
- Log in to the Hudl app and tap Gameday.
- Find the schedule entry you’d like and tap Record the Game.
- Tap the Record button to begin recording.
- Tap the Record button again to pause your recording.
How do I transfer videos from my HUDL to my computer?

How does the HUDL app work?
The app will walk you through installing your camera and getting ready for your first game. The app is your camera’s command center. From there, you’ll activate your camera, manage recordings, set up livestreams and be alerted of any issues with your device.
Do you have to pay for HUDL?
You’ll need to pay for a Hudl and a Hudl Focus subscription, but when purchased as part of an athletic department package, they’re both heavily discounted. There may be additional costs associated with the broadcast software or livestream platform you choose as well.
Can you download from Hudl?
Download Video (Desktop) To keep your video forever, download it from Hudl and save it elsewhere – like your computer or external hard drive. To save storage space, delete the video from Hudl after downloading it. You can download video on a Mac or a PC.
Can you upload Hudl videos to YouTube?
Keep in mind any videos streamed to YouTube from Hudl Focus are also being recorded and uploaded to your Hudl account.
Can you play Hudl through TV?

How long does it take for Hudl to process a video?
You’ll be prompted to select the video file from your computer. Your network connection will determine how long an upload takes. We recommend using an ethernet connection at a location you know has stable internet. Once the video is uploaded, it’ll take 20 – 30 minutes to process before it’s viewable.
