Can the HP ProCurve 1810g be serviced or replaced?

Re: HP 1810-24G, PL.1.2 FIRMWARE. Latest firmware for J9803A is PL.2.08 (November 2016), release notes can be found here (for a general overview of published firmwares along the entire J9803A lifecycle see here ). AFAIK PL.1.2 and PM.1.2 were the first software versions for the HP 1810 v2 switches long time ago, during 2013.
