It’s Korean BBQ in a cup. It comes with white rice, sweet potato noodles, lettuce, Korean bbq chicken and mandoo. Then you choose your spice level, my personal favorite is a sloppy Justin Bieber, which is a 7.
Who started Cupbop?
Cupbop founders J Park, J.K. Kim and Jung Song were all born in South Korea and each served in the same LDS mission there. After going their separate ways for a time, the three migrated to Utah, in different years, each with very little money, but plenty of big dreams.

What are Cupbop noodles made of?
Sweet potato noodles, (dang myun), are Korean noodles made from Korean sweet potato starch. Glassy and chewy, the noodles have little flavor on their own but pick up other seasonings in a dish. The other important part of the Cupbop bowl is the sauces. One is made using Sriracha and mayonnaise.
What kind of noodles are in Cupbop?
What is this? Now Cupbop uses sweet potato noodles and cabbage in some of their bowl recipes, I left those out and used regular rice noodles or cellophane noodles and it was still as tasty and delicious as ever. Pork Bowls are just what you need!

The CupBop brand began in 2013 when founder Junghun Song attended a food convention in Salt Lake City and noticed an absence of Korean food. Soon after, he opened the first CupBop as a food truck. Today, the chain has more than 20 restaurants and six food trucks across Utah, Nevada and Idaho.
