Area Status: Open San Antonio Hot Springs is a 0.7-mile moderately trafficked out and back trail. Forest Road 376 is closed to motorized vehicles, including ATVs/OHVs, until July 1, 2021. Visitors will have to walk 5 miles on Forest Road 376 to access the San Antonio Hot Springs.
