Do you need to pay for BrainPOP?
A rotating set of three videos (and accompanying activities) per subject are always available for free on BrainPop’s website. However, in order to receive access to BrainPop’s entire library, a subscription must be purchased.

Do students need an account for BrainPOP?
Creating Students with Class Codes NOTE: Students must belong to at least one class in order to access the school’s BrainPOP plan with their individual account.

Mind-pops are more often words or phrases than images or sounds and they usually happen when someone is in the middle of a habitual activity that does not demand much concentration—perhaps when they are brushing their teeth or tying their shoes.
How do you send a BrainPOP video to students?
You can also share an assignment you have already created, directly from your dashboard:
- Go to your teacher dashboard in BrainPOP and locate the assignment you want to share.
- Click the three dots at the right end of the assignment box.
- Select ‘Share to Google Classroom’
How do you get a username and password for BrainPOP?
1) Go to and click on the Enter Code button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 2) Enter the Class Code. should sign in using their existing username. If a student does not yet have a username, click Sign Up Now!
