In this week’s episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and crew are in Maricopa, Arizona to rescue True Grit Tavern. In 2015, Ralph Skrzypczak borrowed $150,000 from his father to open True Grit Tavern. The bar started off well and was eventually doing $100,000 to $120,000 a month but is now supposedly $500,000 in debt.
