TLC – The Treatment and Learning Centers (TLC) is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1950 and located in Rockville, MD. Each year, TLC’s programs serve more than 2,000 individuals with a wide range of special needs.

TLC’s departments include the Testing, Tutoring, and Counseling Services, the Family Hearing Center, The Outcomes Service (for adults with disabilities), Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and the Katherine Thomas School for children with disabilities.

The Treatment and Learning Center employs innovative, skilled staff in education, audiology, occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychology, social work, vocational rehabilitation, counseling, accounting, finance, marketing, development as well as administrative support staff. TLC offers full-time, part-time, PRN, and temporary positions.
