Does the program really work? Typically, OA members have tried numerous solutions to their problems with food, including (for many of us) years of diets or exercise. In OA, we have finally found a long-term answer. Many OA members have maintained a normal weight and found freedom from compulsive eating for many years.

OA has created a Plan of Eating to help people recover from compulsive eating behaviors. The plan aims to identify specific eating patterns and guide healthy eating decisions. The plan is individualized. It doesn’t provide any specific suggestions for foods, calorie totals, or other restrictions.

Does OA have zoom meetings?
Most of the meetings are video/phone combo. When using Zoom, the video is always optional. You can turn your video off, if you choose. You can also simply join the meeting by phone, if you choose.
