CHAMP is the website where you can apply for the Massachusetts state-aided Public Housing program and the Alternative Housing Voucher Program (AHVP). It is important to only apply to those housing authorities where you are willing to live.

Established in 1995, the Alternative Housing Voucher Program (AHVP) provides vouchers for rental assistance to non-elderly persons with a disability and of low-income who have been determined eligible and qualified for c. 667 elderly/handicapped housing.
