Feronite Rusty Metal Primer (Feronite RMP) is a vinyl acrylic polymer which is based on the tannin treatment of rusty surfaces which has been so successful. When it is painted over rust, the tannins react with the rust to form a stable black compound which prevents further rusting.
How do you apply Feronite?
Apply Feronite Rusty Metal Primer onto a dampened surface preferably with a stiff bristle brush to assist penetration. May also be applied by spray, roller or immersion. Re wet the surface with a fine light spray of water after 10-20 minutes, especially if the surface is drying quickly or in warm weather.

Can you spray rust converter?
