Look for the Screencast-O-Matic recorder in the upper right bar. Click on the Screencast circle icon. Choose “Check for Updates”

Requesting a normal, “pull” update
- Open a Recorders group.
- Select one or more devices.
- Select Deployment | Update Recorder from the top bar.
- If you wish, select versions for operating systems: If more than one OS platform is in the current selection, you can choose a version for each.
Can you edit on Screencast-O-Matic?
Editing videos on Screencast-O-Matic It’s easy to use, full of helpful features, and affordable. You can insert video clips, narrate with your own voice, add music and even overlay text or images in your video. All you have to do is click ‘Edit’ and you have access to the ‘Tools’ menu for a list of options.
Does Screencast-O-Matic record sound?
Android: By default, the Screencast-O-Matic Android app will capture your microphone. You can turn that on/off when before you begin recording. You can also enable system audio, if you are on Android 10 or newer.
Why does Screencast-O-Matic keep crashing?
If the Screencast-O-Matic screen recorder crashes (or you only see a static image in the webcam window) when you try to record your webcam, you may have another application installed that’s causing a conflict when the recorder tries to use the webcam.
