Are Futaba servos compatible with Spektrum receivers?
With futaba you have to use their tx and rx. It’s not like spektrum and JR which are basically the same when binding to a spektrum RX. They will work, mix and match.

Analog or digital doesn’t matter unless you are picking a FBL system. I run analog servos on my spektrum ar6100e and they work great.
Are all servos compatible with all receivers?
Anyhow, you should be able to run and brand of servo with any brand of receiver. They all use the same standards, same wire order and same plugs. When you get into the super micro stuff, the plugs get weird, but that is about it, still the same PWM (pulse width modulation) method is used.
