You have to clear all game cache, both in documents and under app-data for windows etc, and then freshly install the game without starting it (very important, no documents shall be created). Then, you have to opt-in for experimental branch, and start the game and join a server. Then exit the game as normal.
Why is DayZ so glitchy?
If your graphics drivers or network driver is corrupted or outdated, the game lag issue will occur. If DayZ still lags after you tried Fix 2, it’s time to update your drivers.
